Comments about Colorations® Dough Rolling Pins - Set of 6:
Worked well, but I found that the dough stuck to them. The kids don't seem to mind though.

Terrible
By PreKTeacher

I liked that these roll like real rolling pins, but they are unvarnished wood so the play-doh sticks to them horribly. They are simply useless.

we saw these in our local craft store for[$] each and bought all they had for favors for a kid's cooking challenge party (making homemade pasta). i searched online for more and found these. They were 1/2 the price of what I paid in teh store. they do roll fine and cleaned up well with water. they were a hit at the party and I was very pleased. the kids loved them as part of their goody bag

I put these out for they kids and two of them immediately fell apart. While they were inexpensive, I was hoping they would last for the year...at least for a month!

Good Rolling Pins
By shalom365

These are great realistic small sized rolling pins for use with playdough. Depending on your recipe, dry pieces of playdough may easily stick to these pins.

Nice for Play Doh
By JenJenMoli
from Blaine, Minnesota
I wanted a little rolling pin for my son to use with his Play Doh and the only ones I could find in the store did not have handles that turned which made it hard for him to use. I really like these because of the fact that the handles turn. They seem like they will last a long time.

Good Buy

These are the most inexpensive I found. They get the job done but occasionally the handles come off and need to be reset with wood glue.

Good functional rolling pins
By dwcpc
Inexpensive rolling pins worked well for our needs. They are labeled "not for food use" so if you wanted a kid's kitchen rolling pin look at a different one.

kids sized tool for little hands
By rqsfward

My kids use these mainly with play-dough, which can stick at first, but gets better the greasier the rolling pin gets. Toddler sized, they can roll out little balls of dough for cookies, they enjoy them, would buy again.

Very cute and useful for little hands. We had a party and it was a success. Everyone had fun making cookies. One broke when arrived but the customer service shipped me another right away. Great shopping experience. Will do again.

students love them
By Afternoontea55

These little rolling pins are not only cute, but my students (Kindergarten) love using them to roll out Play Dough. My only complaint is that one of the pins arrived with a broken rod holding the red handles. The kids use it anyway. It's just a little tricky to manipulate
