Shipping Information

Stock items
Stock items ship from our distribution center in Olathe, KS. The shipping charge is 15% of the order total with a minimum charge of $6.95.

Drop Ship
Drop ship items are marked with the following icon:   These products do not qualify for free shipping. Instead, 15% of the product total will be added to the order for shipping. Large items and oversized items that that ship via freight truck will incur a minimum charge of $74.95

Drop Ship items with a truck icon  ship directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, APOs, FPOs and U.S. Territories
Most stock items are available to ship to these locations. The shipping charge is 25% of the order total. Drop Ship items with a truck icon  cannot be shipped to these locations due to size limitations and other restrictions.

Quick Ship items

Items with the Quick Ship icon are stocked in our warehouse in Olathe, KS and ship within 3 days.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (next-day, 2-day and 3-day) is available on stock orders for an additional charge. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. central time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. central time ship the following business day. Prices and options are available at checkout. Expedited shipping is not available to all locations, or for Drop Ship items with a truck icon.

Standard Shipments
Small packages, and standard parcel shipments ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS. Transit time is normally 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Delivery drivers typically offload and deliver packages inside your building.

Freight Shipments
Large shipments and oversized items shipping within the 48 contiguous states will ship via freight truck. Standard tailgate delivery is included in the price. Freight shipments are not eligible for expedited shipping (next-day or 2nd day-air). Large items that ship via freight truck will incur a minimum charge of $74.95

Tailgate Delivery
Tailgate delivery is ideal for locations with loading docks, or if you are able to offload freight from the back of the truck yourself. This service is included in the price of your shipment.

Lift Gate Service
A lift gate can be used to lower your shipment off the truck and to the ground for easy access. This option is ideal for locations that do not have double doors or a loading dock. Someone must be available to bring the supplies inside your building. This service is available for a charge of $45 at checkout.

Lift Gate with Inside Delivery
In addition to lift gate service, the driver will deliver your shipment up to 3 feet inside the threshold of the 1st floor of your building. This service is available for $90 at checkout. Your facility must have double doors. Please note inside delivery does not include assistance with unpackaging, installation, delivery to a specific room, delivery with stairs, or use of an elevator.

Residential Surcharge
Freight orders shipping to residential locations may incur a residential surcharge. This includes large shipments and oversized items shipping to residential locations. The surcharge (if applicable) will be assessed at checkout.

Special Services
If you need assistance beyond Lift Gate with Inside Delivery, please contact Customer Service for a quote. Special services include delivery to a specific room of choice, installation services, Lift Gate with Inside Delivery for Drop Ship, and delivery to locations with stairs and elevators.

Receiving Freight Shipments

  • Someone must be present to receive your shipment. The trucking company will not deliver your supplies without a signature.
  • Freight companies usually call before delivery. We ask for your phone number to confirm your delivery. We will not share your information with anyone other than the freight company.
  • Count the boxes before signing the delivery receipt. Please make note of any missing cartons on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Inspect your delivery for damage. Sometimes boxes may arrive with a few scrapes and dents, but that doesn’t always mean the contents are damaged. If you discover damage to the products note the delivery receipt and contact customer service immediately so we can file a claim and expedite a replacement order at no charge.
