Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal! If you aren't satisfied with a recent purchase, please contact us within 30 days to receive a return authorization (RA) for any unused product. We'll happily provide a refund, exchange or credit on your next order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns past 30 days, if approved, may be subject to restocking and return-freight fees. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
If your order is Damaged
We know how frustrating it is to receive a damaged product. Please contact us within 10 days to report any damaged products you've received, and we'll happily send a replacement. Before signing for any delivery, we ask that you inspect your packages for damage. Note any damage and the number of packages received and have the driver sign as well.
If your product is Defective
If a product proves to be defective within one year of purchase and with normal use, we will repair or replace the item. Some products may also be covered by manufacturer's warranties that extend beyond a year. Please contact our Customer Support Team for additional information and assistance.
Tablets or other electronic devices may be returned within 10 days for a full refund. Returned electronic devices must be unused and in their original packaging. Any returned electronic item that is damaged through customer misuse, missing parts or in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in restocking fees based on the condition of the product.
