Attach strips of washi tape to white paper to create a menorah and candles (without flames).
step 2
Use a 12" x 18" piece of construction paper to mount menorah.
step 3
Cover with crystal clear cover and glue on flames for candles made from pieces of yellow foam.
step 4
A different flame shape could be used for each night of Hanukkah.
