Egyptian Necklace Craft

before you begin:
Gather materials: Paper plates, scissors, yarn, markers, crayons, other decorating materials

activity goals:
To create a wearable craft to support stories of Moses and the Egyptians

let's get started

 
step 1
Cut paper plate in half and cut the center out using scissors
step 2
Decorate the inside of the plate using markers, crayons, paint, etc…
step 3
Once decorations are done and the plate is dry, punch one hole on each end of the plate
step 4
Affix yarn to hang around the neck like a necklace
