Play Carpets

Play carpets are instrumental to the development of young minds. At Discount School Supply, we offer a wide selection of educational rugs designed to engage, entertain, and develop an understanding of shapes, colors, and textures. Shop our assortment for colorful early education or classroom carpets that will stimulate your little ones.

Our play carpets are perfect for socializing with peers. Products like our Hopscotch Play Carpet are a great way to engage kids with exciting games that bring an outdoor favorite into your learning space! Our Indoor Recess Rug With Manipulatives takes this a step further by incorporating three games into one play carpet — and it comes with the game pieces!

Our selection also includes classics like toy car town play rugs that feature roads and buildings, helping children with recognition along with offering a space to play. Along with these classic road map carpets, our assortment includes colorful and tranquil pond rugs. These eye-catching pieces help young children recognize shapes from nature, as well as offering a more calming play experience.

Our educational rugs offer even more opportunities for shape, alphabet, and number recognition. Our Color Shapes play rug features distinct shapes in different colors that early learners can easily trace and familiarize themselves with. Our Alpha Fun Train carpet uses a vivid train to organize and teach the letters of the alphabet. We also offer plenty of maps of both the world and the United States. Educational rugs like our World Map rug give children an overview of the shape of the world around them, with oceans and continents identified.
