Order Confirmation

If you are ready to place an order but not sure what happens next, here's what you need to know. After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. Your order status page will then indicate the date your order shipped and tracking information, if applicable.

If you have not received your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please click here to contact our Customer Service department. Have your email address and order number handy so that we can easily look up your order. We will investigate and send a new confirmation email to you.

Please note: Emails sent on Friday after 5 p.m. PST, Saturdays and Sundays, will be responded to on Monday. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST.
