Worth the money. My kids have used this since preschool and are now 6 and 8. They still love them, so much so that we bought an extra set. They use them to build buildings, have been useful in school discussion of shapes (2D and 3D). Colorful, creative, all around awesome!

My grandchildren love this product. Regardless of gender or age, Magna-Tiles are a hit. I bought a second set as the youngest, age 2, is now wanting to play, too. This set grows with the child. The 2 year old is just learning to construct shapes (houses, towers, etc), while the 7 year old builds more complex projects, such as air craft carriers, rock crushers, barns with fences, etc. Even my 5 year old granddaughter gets in on the action. She loves building, as well as loves the colors. I cannot think of any negative comments except the price. They are expensive, but well worth what I paid!

One of the teachers at my son's school has a smaller set of these and we played with them once and I was hooked. I purchased the bigger set so there would be enough for my kids to share. My son is six and my daughter is three and they both love the tiles. I can foresee these tiles helping when its time to learn geometry.
