An Activity for School-age:
A sweet way to celebrate 100 days of school!

Before You Begin:
You will need construction paper or foam sheets, scissors, glue, glue, jewels, self-adhesive gems, or any other collage materials totalling 100 pieces per student.

Activity Goals:
To create a decorative ice cream cone that commemorates finishing 100 days of school.
To explore shapes and counting.

Furthermore:
Children may use a single collage item type, or mix and match for a truly colorful treat.

Take an orange or brown sheet of paper or foam and cut into a cone shape.
Cut ice cream scoop shapes out of foam or construction paper in whichever "flavor" (color) you want.
Attach the scoops in a stack to the cone using glue, glue dots or tape.
Count out the collage piece "toppings" and glue them to the scoops.
Cut flames from pieces of yellow foam. On the back of each flame, attach the hook side of a piece of self-adhesive hook and loop.
