I would buy it again
I am a homeschool mom of 5. I have twins and one wants what the other has. The durable wood is what I was looking for and a visual as well as doing it auditorially. I have a child with auditory disorder and I have a child hearing and vision impaired. Suprised it did not come with a carrying ca...se. This tool can be used all visual or all audotry or both and is so versitable flexible. As a homeschool teacher and parent to special needs children I love that. You also can do auditorly then have the cards to self correct it or if they are working on speech you do it by picture then have them rell you it by audotry with questions you ask them. As a parents it gives something for the little ones to do as I school the older ones. It helps with fine motor skills to place pieces in the grooves. It came with 4 of each thing so not too many not to little for our family.

Teaching three year old preschool spatial relations. The only trouble is it is quite tricky for the children to manipulate items into slots. Works well as a group-time teach tool.

We are always working on spatial relations in pre-K. This set is a great addition to our class to help those who are struggling with these concepts.

I bough this spatial manipulative to keep my grandson busy while he eats his snacks. He I said learning what he sees "in front of, next to, behind, and behind of behind." The bad part is that it comes with four sets of the same (5 figures, boy, car, house, fence, and cat); it wouldn't be so great it Tim would come with a variety of people, and maybe a doggie. However, it I said a good educational toy, I would buy it again, and recommend to others.
Love it!

Love this "toy" . The kids progress from easier tasks to more difficult in placing the pieces. Using location words with the children couldn't be easier. They love moving the pieces and it's a good sturdy set.
I would recommend this.
